I have sent three seperate emails to SS and made several phone calls.
The toll free lines are disconnected, but I finally got through on
their international line. After two long distance calls (one directly
to Joe's office) I've still gotten no response

Finally, in desperation, I wrote as polite a letter as I could manage,
including a check with my order. I just hope they come through with the
goods.
