I don't know what this is--I asked here a year or two ago--I may be
able to supply a hint, though--that black plastic thing on the bottom
of the picture is a slider-adjuster-thing.  Its shape, and the way it
sticks out through the back of the Apple ][, makes it only fit in an
Apple ][+ (AFAIK).
