You most certainly have Autostart ROM unless you have an old ][.


Just to make sure you are doing as they suggest...

1)  Start the machine and interrupt the boot by hitting RESET--

                APPLE ][

]

2)  Enter the Monitor--
CALL -151
*

3)  Try booting from the Monitor--

C600G

That's what the instructions say to do, but they aren't quite that
explicit.  That said, it still doesn't make sense to me that this would be
any different than starting with the Autostart ROM.

Could it be that this is a DOS 3.2 disk?  Grab your DOS 3.3 System Master
and try brunning BOOT13 and see if you can start it that way.

It's just a thought.  I mean, I don't think I ever used a disk formatted
for anything less than a 48k machine...we always used either 48k DOS or
the relocatable System Master version (Master Create was very useful in
those days...) on the 32k machine...
