PC -> Apple //e transfer

I have a PC, and have recently acquired an Apple //e. The Apple came
with no software at all, and has no hard drive. I can get image files
for ProDOS, DOS 3.3, etc. from ftp sites, and I used these with
emulators before I got the //e. Now though, I want to move this software
over to the real machine. How do I get the PC to write a disk image onto
a disk? I've tried using rawrite (like you use for a Linux LILO disk)
but the //e wouldn't read it. Can this be done?
