I've fixed the DOW problem in ProSel-8. Let me get with Chuck to see what we
are going to call it (probably ProSel-8 version 4.1). It will be uploaded
shortly. However, until 12/31/99, continue use ProSel-8 v4.0.

We have a number of Y2K updates which should not be used until January 1. This
one falls in that category.  Thanks for the bug report, Ed. Nice catch.
