This suggests to me that you either have a ][+ or an upgraded ][. Either
way you have the Autostart ROM and Applesoft in ROM, both of which were
found in the ][+. If you had the old Monitor ROM, you would have ended up
in the Monitor ("*") when you hit RESET.
So you had a card in Slot 0. Was it a Language Card (16k RAM; I believe it
should have a little ribbon cable leading to the RAM bank on the
motherboard), or a ROM card, probably Integer BASIC?
