B&H A2+'s Keyboard - A2 Keyboard?

I just noticed something... On my Bell & Howell Apple II+, the
keyboard's the same as what's on an Apple II. Except that's it's black,
it has the really smooth glossy keys (my II+ has the keys with a little
texture/feel to them), and the power light is about a 1/5" above the
case.
I'm now wondering if anyone knows when Apple made the transition from
the II-style keyboard to the II+ keyboard? And it seems that the B&H is
smack in the middle of the two. I know it's the same # of keys on both,
but the texture on the two definately have a different feel. When I was
a freshman in high school (1982-83), my electronics teacher brought in
a Bell & Howell II+ brand new, so I know that this model was released
during these two years.
If anyone has further info on the release dates of the B&H, as well as
the keyboard info, please let me know! Thanks!!!!
