As Supertimer suggests, the indications are pretty good that you have a power
problem. One check is to measure the voltage at some +5V point to GND on the
motherboard. If it is below 4.8V you very likely have an overloaded system.
Another check is to look for a voltage change when a load (like some
power-gromming card) is plugged in and when it isn't. Normally, there should be
nearly zero noticeable difference. If there is a difference of .1 V or more, you
probably have a power problem.
