Ack! Sorry I misunderstood.

First of all, you can download a lot of great stuff off the net for the
IIGS that's legally freeware or shareware.

The following ftp server has them:

ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/apple16/

However, you will still need a method to transfer the files to your
IIGS. Since you don't have a communication program for the IIGS,
this is harder. I do not know the particular details, but Byron does.
Check out his post earlier in this thread and maybe email him.

He managed to set up a transfer system and get stuff to his IIGS.
He got it up and running to the point where I was able to email
him some nice graphics and music software. You have enough
memory and storage to run practically all the stuff on the ground
ftp server, you just need to set up a way to get the stuff to the
IIGS. Byron can help you.

Second, if you want to buy software, that's available too. See
the following web sites where businesses sell IIGS stuff:

     Seven Hills Software's web site
http://www.sequential.com/ Sequential Systems web site
http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech's web site
http://www.byteworks.org/ ByteWork's web site

Here's some idea of what's available at the above sites:
