The that monitor could be an Apple Analog RGB Monitor (is it made by
Apple?). They are rated at around 15 MHz. Macs usually need monitors
rated at 30 MHz and as far as I know, all Macs with ext. RGB ports
requires monitors at 30 MHz. BTW, I do have a Mac IIsi and I did try
hooking the monitor up but it didn't work (same results you got).
