It'd help a lot if you'd mentioned which card you're talking about since
a number of very different ones used that plug.  I'm assuming you're
talking about the plug that in a IIe is marked J13. The 4 pins on that
plug
are +12v, -5v, a video signal and a ground. Depending on what you need
it can probably be had from ta number of places such as the RCA plug,
the fan plug, etc.
