There isn't any setting other than Normal (1MHz), Fast (2.8MHz), and
TransWarp (7Mhz+) The TWGS speed is dependant on how fast your
oscillator is. The oscillator has to be 4X faster than the speed you want
to run at. So a 64MHz oscillator will give you 16MHz, which is the fastest
I've heard someone push a TWGS.
The CPU itself can probably be pushed to 20MHz but according to others
you'll probably need faster than 15ns SRAMs. The fastest reliable speed
for stock TWGS's I think was 12.5MHz.

There was a TWGS NDA that would give you a readout of the current speed.
The TWGS doesn't support user selectable speeds in any control panel or
software. I speculate that in theory if someone were to modify the TWGS ROM
it might be possible. The only person I heard of who was writing a ROM for the
TWGS was Tony Diaz for his TWGS 64k cache prototype board.
