Both of the 3.5" drive controller cards made by Apple mention "3.5" in
their name, which is printed on the card:
"Apple 3.5 Floppy Disk Drive Interface Card" (a.k.a. "Liron") is the
original UniDisk 3.5 controller. It only supports intelligent SmartPort
drives like the UniDisk 3.5.
"Apple II 3.5 Disk Controller Card" is the SuperDrive card. Its main
distinguishing characteristics are a single LED in the middle of the top
of the card, and it has a 65C02 processor on the card.

That sounds like the UniDisk 5.25 controller, but I don't have one on
hand to confirm the part number.
