Penman,  why are you picking on the A2MG?  Perhaps you have not been on
csa2 very long.  A few years ago the maintainer of the csa2 FAQs decided
to stop making them available on csa2 and put them on his personal account
on some ftp/http server where he could restrict access to certain people,
It caused a big stink here is csa2, but he was proclaimed a hero by people
who used services other than csa2.  Still today, a lot of freeware and
shareware is available only from paid accounts and not public FTP sites.

What is being done on the A2MG is similar and legitimate.  The info and
files are available to people who join the mail group, or order disks or
subscribe to the Texas II newsletter.  The only stipulation is that Bev
asks people to respect her copyrights and act and use the software or
information responsibly.  It really isn't that difficult a obligation to
follow.

Thank Beverly for her effort and work, not slam her for being extra
diligent.

And from the rest of us, THANK YOU, Beverly, for Texas II and the A2MG
and all the other things you do for apple2 users.
