There's no reason for motherboard vendors to support "CPU Speed Selection" 
because all of the current Intel processors no longer look at them to set 
its internal's speed....  Intel is producing all processors to run it 
their rated speed only.

Careful, there may be a lawyer around here somewhere :)  I'm sure that 
some lawyer would figure out a way to sue over someone overclocking their 
processor :(
