Yep.  Once I learned that a file copy wouldn't work, I just 
made a 1 MB partition and I will make a 1 MB file from it 
with a block dump.

Sounds easy enough...  I have those installed on another 
hard drive.

Again, sounds good.  I know for sure that I can fit that on 
the drive.  I still have to re-write my block dump utility 
but that shouldn't be a problem.  I'll give this thing a 
test as soon as I get a chance to burn an EPROM.  It can 
never be as good as a hard drive for practical purposes but 
it should be faster.  There have been other ROM-drives and 
FlashROM-drives that were better but I think this would be 
the first one to ever run GS/OS including commercial 
hardware.  I could be wrong...
