A Europlus is an Apple ][+ configured for Europe. The differences are:

1)	Different main crystal frequency. ][+ has 4x NTSC color burst.
	Europlus drops this slightly to get Hsync closer to 15625Hz (64us).
2)	Jumpers set for 50Hz Vsync (Europlus) rather than 60Hz (][+).
3)	PAL colour card in slot 7.
