This is better answered in a PC group but I do not
think there is such a seal on most PC computers.
Otherwise, how is a user supposed to get at the
expansion slots. Like on the expandable Apple IIs
(IIe, IIGS, etc.) the case was made to be opened.
Only in certain non-expandable Mac models and
in the IIc and IIc Plus was there such a seal.
By the way, Windows 95/98 does not always ID the
CPU correctly. When I had an IBM brand Pentium
compatible CPU, Windows identified it as a '486. ;-P
