My II+ has a keyboard with that functionality. It is a function of
the keyboard and not the computer as it is hooked up to a genuine
Apple II+ motherboard in a clone case. I still have the, what I've
been told is, dead II+ clone motherboard in a box somewhere as well.
Also, my Spartan, a II+ clone from Mimic Systems that you could dock a
Commodore 64 onto the front of, could use the C-64 as a macro keyboard
as well.
