It is in the case of Apple II software. In reading through the law you will see
that there is a minimal $$$ value attached. AT this point in time there is no
piece of Apple II software which even comes close, thus, the only recourse is
for Apple II developers to pursue copyright violations through the civil court
system. Heck, every piece of Apple II software placed on one server would not
hit the limits of the new copyright law.

Let's start dealing with reality here. Apple II software (in most cases) is
only worth the cost of the media that it is placed upon.
