Not that I've ever heard of and there probably won't ever be
one.  It takes a lot more horsepower than Apple ever included
or anyone ever added commercially to the IIGS to do MP3.

I'm currently on a Mac Quadra 650 and it doesn't do MP3's
and it's quite a bit faster than my GS.
