Converting SDK to DSK

Hello.  If this question is answered in the various FAQs, I have not found
it and I have tried everything and checked every site I can think of.

Anyway, here is my problem.  How am I supposed to convert SDK shrinked
disks to regular disk image DSK files?  Unfortunately my Apple II is not
in good repair and I do not have the means or energy to try to connect it
to my PC and transfer disks, besides I am blind and I do not think
Unshrink works with speech.  So, I would like to convert shrinked disks to
a form useable by an emulator.

Please, please reply via email.  My ISP's idea of a news server is a joke,
since every article I try to access cannot be found and I really would
like to get some SDK files converted.  Thank you very, very much for any
help or conversion programs you can offer.  I tried without success to get
an SDK file on a disk image and use the emulator's unshrink, but it did
not work.
