Duodisk Cable Connections

The following email information for distribution to all is presented with
premission.  I'm posting it here on comp.sys.apple2 for the general use of all

Cable connectors are both male and are viewed rom in front; cable connections
are made in back. Connect all pins bearing the same numbers. Note that pin 3 on
DB 19 connects to two pins on DB-25. Pin 4 also connect to two pins on DB-25.
"nc" means "no connection".
