Well, I have originals of programs that the manual explicity states
that the software is not to be distributed in any way, shape or form.
These statements have not been revoked so are therefore still in
effect.  I keep pointing this out and even posted some of these
statements here about a year or so ago but no one seems to care.

So I would have to say there is still some argument here.  Why are
these programs still being made available against the last expressed,
written, explicit and still legally binding request of the copyright
holders?
