First, The Lamp! is an independent product and not officially
affiliated with the Apple II forum on Delphi.

Second, the person you are referring to wasn't sure if he had given
permission or not.  I see in his reply to you that he had given
permission.

Third, The Lamp! gets put out once per month without any problems and
permission is obtained for the use of every post and article that is
used.  If permission isn't obtained in time for release, the post or
article is pulled from the publication before release.

Taking liberties with other people's property does nothing to help the
Apple II or the people who use them.

KansasFest doesn't need "saving".  It is doing fine and the dates have
already been set for the next one.  Heck, there is one presenter
already signed up for next year that I know about.  :)
