     Since you have two keyboards, you can pick one to use on your IIe
and the other to use for replacement parts.

     When you remove a good keyswitch from the 'replacement parts'
kbd, it is best to avoid prolonged heating on a switch pin. Working
back an forth with a good soldering iron (and, maybe, adding a bit of
fresh solder to speed the melting) you want to melt the solder on both
pins just long enough to pull the switch.

     It's usually a good idea to pull 2 or 3 switches during a removal
session.

     Before installing a replacement switch on your IIe kbd, use an
Ohm meter to check that it closes and opens reliably.
