Buying 65C816 from WDC?

I want to upgrade my TransWarpGS.  Which chip do I order from WDC?
They offer: DIP, PLCC, and QFP.

And what's the best way to get the oscillator (what store), and which
one would be best to buy (which has a very high success rate).
