I just tried it and got right in, with no problem at all using the Telnet
application that's included with Marinetti.

It could be that when you tried it, chebucto.ns.ca was slow to respond and
the Telnet application just timed out while waiting for a response. So, try
it again, until you are successful.

If it's not a timeout problem, maybe it would be best to contact the ISP to
ask what DNS addresses to use (for Marinetti's configuration options).
Although in theory it shouldn't matter, I had a heck of a time making Telnet
connections until I asked my ISP which DNS IP addresses to use, and bingo,
using the ones they suggested has caused Marinetti to perform wonderfully
for months.
