What is this printer?

Was at a local thrift store earlier looking for Apple stuff and video
games, and ran across an old Apple printer that I'm kinda curious
about...  It was a pretty large, a little bigger than an Imagewriter
II, and almost a perfect box.  There was a metal circle protruding
through the case bottom (motor?) which said it was made by TEC.  It
had the apple logo on the front, and the data plate on the back just
said Apple Computer on it, no date.  Didn't have any paper, so didn't
get to copy down the model or serial number.  Opened it up and the
ribbon looked a lot like the one in the Imagewriter II (it was a dot
matrix printer).

Was this an Imagewriter I maybe?  Just curious...  Might pick it up
next week if it's still there.
