This seems to be an archive of my (very) old site files. Give me some time to dig in my archives and I'll make these files available somewhere. I'm not sure why the files went bad though. The last time I checked they were still functional.
I feel slightly sad that no one remembered me :( Guess I need to be more active here but persistent, long term medical problems have prevented that.
