Yes.  You need a program called DOS 3.3 Launcher.  It allows you to
create disk images of DOS 3.3 5.25" disks for storage and launching
on an Apple II or IIGS hard disk or 3.5" floppy disk.  Almost seems like
using an Apple II emulator on an Apple II.  ;-)

You should be able to fit about five DOS 3.3 disk images onto one 3.5"
disk.  DOS 3.3 Launcher runs under ProDOS, so the disk images
reside on ProDOS volumes.
