Transfer .shk files from PC to Apple IIc+

I want to run some of my DOS 3.3 programs on my 3.5" drive.  I've read all
the messages on the newsgroup on how to do this.  No problem.  However, I
downloaded Dos 3.3 Launcher and ProSel 8 but they are both "shrinked"
(.shk).  I also downloaded ShrinkIt.exe (self-extracting) onto my PC.

Question:  How do I transfer these files to my Apple IIc+.  I've been using
ADT122 to transfer files but ADT122 only transfers IMAGES and not files.
What are the proper steps to transfer Dos 3.3 Launcher and ProSel 8 to my
Apple IIc+ from my PC laptop?
