ThinkTank 2.41NP (copyright held by Symantec) had been granted
permission to outliners.com for distribution. This is an unofficial notice
that is going to float around csa2 and Delphi until I can get in contact
with them to allow the Treasure Chest Project to host it as well, and to
check out on the restrictions of distribution.
