I made my own (in fact I made the entire keypad). I obtained a (non Apple)
numeric keypad, soldered a 9 pin D type connector to the end of a cable and
put a female 9 pin D type on the end a ribbon cable connected to the in-line
plug inside my //e.
I then used the info in Jim Sather's Understanding the Apple //e to modify the
keybaord ROM to match the layout of my numeric keypad.
One of these days I may even mount the keypad in a box. Currently it sits on a
small piece of bubble wrap plastic.
