David got that right.

By the way, when I looked at my message from Deja.com (not my normal
newsreader) I realized it didn't make much sense when displayed in a
proportional font.  These diagrams have to line up!

OK...I'll update my master copy.  Seems like someone asks every couple
of years or so.  (Not quite a frequently asked question.)
