Well I'm presuming that US Customs is about as anal as Canadian Customs
is, not to mention that the chips were already taxed and the cost which
were passed on to the chips. If you're in the US it would be a little
cheaper for you to to a buy with someone else since you won't have to
pay duty etc again.
