Well, I did a couple transfers without any problems. Just took me a
while.
I created 2MG files of some of my 32 MB ProDOS partitions and saved
them on my HFS partition. This didn't take as long as I thought it
would which was nice.
I then used ShrinkIt to compress them which reduced them in size by
over half (the biggest one was 11 MB). This step took a while as
ShrinkIt isn't the faster program around.
I then null-modemed them to my PC. This was the slowest step as the
11 MB file took about 45 minutes to transfer.
Once I had it on my PC, I use Nulib from the MS-DOS prompt and they
unpacked just fine. I copied the 2MG file to my XGS directory and it
booted just like my real IIgs does.
I then rebooted my PC into BeOS and copied the 2MG file into my
Sweet16 directory and it also booted fine.
I have since transferred another partition but still have a couple
more that I want to send to the PC for playing with the emulator. I
really need to get a large removable drive of some kind to share
between the PC and the IIgs so that I can keep the real and emulated
hard drives synchronized.
