Duh.... Beverly, here is part of your post..."It's not good when anything and
everything you ever say in public or in private could be posted on the web."

Notice the part about "ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU EVER SAY IN PUBLIC" I guess
a gremlin posted that; or maybe you did it in your sleep. Regardless, my
comment had nothing to do with the removal or posting of the Kfest report. It
only pointed out the FACT that comments said in PUBLIC are in the PUBLIC
DOMAIN. 

As for the limitations on posting the Kfest info; that's up to the author (if
the material appeared in a private area or was given limited distribution by
the author.) And please, let's avoid the copyright issue. If there is a
copyright on material posted on Delphi boards, it is most likely Delphi's. If
it's not; I don't care. Maybe those who hold valid copyrights should talk to
their attorneys and sue someone. At least then we would know that that person
is serious about his/her product. Crying "WOLF" just doesn't cut it!
