I've got a similar RAM card--ask me :)

If you're at least a semi-power user, you'll want the disks. You
probably won't care about the one that modifies AppleWorks version 1.3
or so, but you probably WILL want the diagnostics and RAMdisk "driver"

I'm surprised that that program functions THAT well! It's very old.

I'm not sure if my RamFactor disks were made for the RFIII, but I can
still email you the disks in ShrinkIt format. I've seen the disks
that go with the Q-RAM card (similar to the RamFactor) available
somewhere in ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/cabi/ , and those disks may
work for you. You may also like RAMup, available on the same site.
RAMdisk "drivers" tend to be version specific--the ones that came with
my RAM card only work with ProDOS 1.1.1, so you may also be limited to
older versions of ProDOS when you want to use your RAM as a RAMdisk.
Email me if ya need something.
