And, I reply again: Then by all means TOUCH ON THE FACT - PLEASE.  

Better yet, here, let me give it a shot.  Here's the way I see it and so do
many others I've know and have made friends with in the Apple II community over
the past 5 years I've been on the Internet and here's the way I'm going to
present it all - (if and when it reaches a court case).

It's simple DISCRIMINATION against ME, singled out from the entire A2 community
by those few who I'd like to support, (just as I support and offer help and
promotion to all others in the entire A2 community), but, those few prohibit my
supporting their A2 efforts, with projecting their bias, hate and blinding
dislike towards me.

If my polite and sincere efforts to support them anyway - proves to make 
me guilting of not doing what is right and/or legal, infringing on and/or
personally violating their copyright, then I've reached a point with it all to
let the courts and legal system decide.

This newsgroup is not a court of law.  And, I don't intend to look at it as if
it is.
