I've used both the Commodore 1084 (mono sound) and the 1084S (stereo
sound). Apparently there are some models of the Commodore 1902 that
either have or can be modified to use analog RGB from a IIgs.

Atari and Tandy also had analog RGB monitors for their ST and Colour
Computer lines repsectively that should also work with the IIgs.

Magnavox produced a monitor with analog RGB inputs that worked with
the IIgs and some company, it might have been Magnavox, made a TV with
analog RGB inputs that worked with the IIgs.

There are also some models of the NEC Multisync series that can sync
down to the IIgs' rate as well.

There are probably others out there but this will definitely give you
are start. :)
