As far as I can remember, that was it (I sold my old Apple IIe with mouse
several years ago when I upgraded to a IIgs). I'm going by memory here but I
think mine came with ProDOS 1.0 (or 1.0.1), an Applesoft BASIC tutorial on
using the mouse, and MousePaint. It was also the only ProDOS program I can
remember which would run in just 48KB, except the tutorial needed 64KB.
history note:ProDOS 1.0 would load on a 48KB Apple II or II+, but
BASIC.System wouldn't. Presumably Apple soon realised trying to run ProDOS
on an Apple II or II+ with only 48KB was too much hassle (extra code for
relocating ProDOS in memory, only 32KB left for programs and most people
were still using DOS 3.3 anyway).
