Not as far as I know.  Like virtually everything and anything Apple ///, you
have to get it from Washington Apple Pi.  They have a huge (but semi-private)
collection of Apple /// software.  Since most is public domain, it really
would be nice if this were on the net.  The driver may not be public domain,
in any event.
