     July '93 sounds right. (I was going to say June, just from memory-- but,
since you have a July issue ...)

     Well, just a minute, ... hmmm, the last issue of the mag in my pile here
seems to be June '93 which may mean July is in a special 'last issues' stack
somewhere else.

     One of the annoying things about Last Issues is that you seldom get
anything about "this is the last issue" in the magazine.
