Personally, if I were you I'd get the first working one you come across. Both are
rare enough that they are highly valued. In anycase both have very good merits
and the differences aren't too notable. I believe the TWGS is a little more hands
free in the manner that you don't have to configure slot slowdowns. In anycase
both are easy enough to modify to run at 14MHz which should be plenty enough.
