What irks me is that most people think they *have* to have and use the
latest technology (what I call the "pretty colors" syndrome). You don't
need fancy graphics to write readable letters. Granted, cards and
posters made with Print Shop don't look as nice as ones done with newer
computers and software, but they can still get the point across. As far
as I can tell, the newer stuff isn't any easier to use, either. And the
games for the Apple // are still fun and challenging, even if they don't
have fancy "3D" graphics! Comnputer users nowadays are too caught up in
the "keeping up with the Jones'" attitude.
