Cursor Systems clock card

I'm using a Cursor Systems clock card in my II+.
The battery in it is 14 years old and while I expect judging
from the voltage that it might last another 14 years I'm starting
to wonder about the eprom. Ideally I'd like to like to copy the
eprom to disk as a backup. Problem is I can't do that without
shutting down the card and unfortunately I lack
software to set the time on it.
So does anyone have software for setting the time on this card?
