Ok, I found something that looks like it might be an oscillator.
It is in a black plastic case.  The shape is rectangular.  On
the upper left printed "VCC" and on the upper right is printerd
"OUT."  On the lower left and right corners is printed "IN" and
"GND."  In the middle is printed "T46A111" and under that
"T&H" and under that "8936."

Could this be an oscillator?  If so, what speed?
