Apple 1 clone and Forth revisit

Dave Schmenk reported back in October that his port of Forth to the
Apple 1 wasn't working on his A1 Clone.  I finally got around to
trying it on my Mimeo with CFFA 1 card and it appears to work for me.
I'm no Forth expert, but I was able to run some basic stuff from the
"Starting Forth" page that was referenced on Dave's page.  Could be
that some more elaborate stuff doesn't work.  If someone provides some
input about what else to try, I'll give it a shot.
