I have tried downloading Quick Time 4 about 12 times without success. The setup application is fine, but when it starts trying to download the full programme it stops, displaying the following message. File download failed. 'viseicat.idx' was not successfully downloaded. Apple's reply was to simply point me to their FAQs /troubleshooting page Anyone help?
